As the teams are now letting us know when their official launches will take place I thought I'd keep a list for your quick perusal.  As expected most teams will do low key launches of the cars at Jerez just before testing commences:

McLaren MP4-29 - Friday 24th January (Online Presentation)
Mercedes W05 - Tuesday 28th Jaunary (Jerez test 1st day)
Caterham - CT04 - Tuesday 28th Jaunary (Jerez test 1st day) - Assume they'll announce their driver line-up then too.
Williams FW36 - Announced their intentions to be at the first test in Jerez so will likely soft launch the car on the first day like Mercedes & Caterham
Red Bull RB10 - Tuesday 28th January (Jerez test 1st day) should have an official unveiling where as other teams are likely to simply drive the car out of the garage
Ferrari (TBA) - Saturday 25th January (Online Presentation)
Sauber C33 - Sunday 26th January (Online Presentation)
Toro Rosso STR9 -  Monday 27th January (5.30pm) Jerez Pitlane

I'll update the list as the announcements are made, please be aware that Lotus have already admitted that they won't test their 2014 challenger at Jerez, the car will likely be unveiled between then and the first Bahrain test.
