  1. I'm not a much of an engineer but isn't quite obvious that by positioning the mini "monkey seat" below the exhaust pipe like in Red Bull's opposite to Williams position (and others) is beneficial for gaining greater downforce? It a mini version of blown diffuser isn't it?
